Did you know that school is not only a place for learning but also where you can have fun with your friends? Students from Groupe Scolaire Kora in Nyabihu District and Groupe Scolaire Kazo in Rutsiro District know this very well. Speaking to Ni Nyampinga, they shared how having fun playing games help them to make new friends and enjoy their time at school even more!

SHARE THE FUN - IDEAS FOR GAMES TO PLAY AT SCHOOL

  • Play “Tag”: This is an acronym for ‘touch and go’. Two or more players decide who is going to be ‘it’. That person then chases the others, trying to get close enough to ‘tag’ one of them (touching them with their hand) while the others try to avoid being ‘tagged’. The first person to be tagged becomes ‘it’ for the next round.
  • Do you know a game you can play with friends? Teach your classmates how it works and ask them to join the fun!
