    Dr Lydie asoza yabwiye abo banyeshuri ko bakwiriye kwiga bashyizeho umwete, bagakora buri kintu mu mwanya wacyo, bakirinda kwemera ibitekerezo bibashyira hasi ndetse bagasobanurirana aho batumvise. Yongeraho ko by’umwihariko abakobwa bakwiye kwitinyuka kuko bashoboye bagakoresha cyane amahirwe ahari kuri ubu kuko yabageza kure.

    IGIHE KIZA CYO GUSUBIRAMO AMASOMO NI IKIHE?

    • Igihe kiza cyo kwiga ni igihe ufite imbaraga kandi waruhutse. Ntugahatirize kwiga amasaha abandi bigiraho. Iki gihe gishobora kuba mu gitondo cyangwa nyuma y’amasomo.
    • Niba utaramenya amasaha meza yawe yo kwiga, gerageza kwigana n’abandi, unababaze uburyo bakoresha biga, maze ubugerageze urebe ko bwagufasha.
    • Shaka ahantu hatuje uza kwigira kandi utegure ibyo uza kwiga mbere y’igihe. Bizagufasha gukoresha igihe neza. Kwiga buri munsi bizagufasha kwiga neza buri somo; n’iyo wakwiga iminota 15 cyangwa 20 buri munsi byagufasha cyane bikakurinda kuzigira amasomo rimwe mu minsi y’ibizamini.
    • Niba wumva urushye ntugahatirize. Shaka ibintu byagufasha kuruhuka nko gukora imyitozo ngororangingo (sport) cyangwa ibindi bigufasha kuruhuka, maze uze kwiga mu yandi masaha.
